The pinwheel diagonal patchwork wards off evil from the four directions; the peony, butterfly and ten-longevity motifs wish for health and long life. Muted chrysanthemum silk was pieced diagonally into a jogakbo, the motifs drawn so the embroidery texture shows, then digitally printed. DIY fabric for curtains, tablecloths, tote bags, cushions and skirts; the 20-count cotton is thick with almost no show-through. Sold per yard.
