Follow the store's care note for each piece; avoid sudden temperature changes and abrasive scourers.
Ships by parcel from Hankook Chinaware (Cheongju) in Korea, usually 3–7 days; porcelain is packed for transit. Prices are the official online-store prices in KRW; esangdan buys on your behalf after checking the option is available. Fragile items are packed for international transit.
