Hemp Oval Tray by Cheyul. Material: Wood, hemp, ottchil lacquer. Size: W410 x D330 x H20 (mm). This is an elegant oval tray, wrapped in traditional hemp (Sambae) and finished with multiple layers of natural lacquer (Ottchil). Available in three colors—Indigo, Wine, and Jade—each shade exudes its own unique charm, further enhanced by a subtle mother-of-pearl border that offers a profound sense of beauty. The way the mother-of-pearl shimmers with the light captures the passage of time within daily life, bringing the raw, unadorned beauty of nature into your home. Cheyul is a Seoul atelier making lacquer and mother-of-pearl tableware, objects and jewellery by hand; made-to-order pieces can take 3–6 weeks.
